Hello readers.
In science we dissected a chicken leg. We discovered many new parts that we hadn’t seen before, such as tendons, muscles, joints, ligaments, cartilages and bone marrow. It was a fun activity to do and it gave us a new experience. We learnt different pieces of information about the different body parts and how they function. These parts together form the musculoskeletal system.
Here is a list of some parts of the musculoskeletal system and what their function is:
Muscles & Bones: These are the main parts of the system. Without these we wouldn’t have a body frame and we wouldn’t be able to move. Muscles are made up of small muscle bundles, whereas bones store blood marrows (RBC generators) in them.
Cartilages: These are the parts that protect the bones and muscles. These are found at the end of the bones.
Tendons: These are strong flexible tissues that connect the bones to your muscles. They are white in color.
Other parts such as ligaments and joints also play an important role in helping your body. That is all we learned from the dissection. Hope you enjoyed reading this, see you next time!

7. Goal kick: Goal kick is a method to restart the play after the other team has kicked the ball onto the other side, but has missed the post.
Football is played with 11 players on each team on the field at one time. The field is 64m wide x 100m length
The equipment needed is 1. Goal post 2. Ball
The 5 most important rules of football are:
1. Handball
2. Fouls
3. Throw ins
4. Onside
5. Offside

My Reflection:
One thing I improved at was my drilling the ball
One thing I enjoyed was defending the goal
I need to keep working on my kicking
I enjoyed playing on the same team as Anantya, because he was good as a attacker
I always bring my PE gear to school.
Out of 10 I would give myself a 9 because I gave it my all.
In PE, we have been doing athletics . We have learned about how to do some events, Long Jump, Shot Put, and Running.
My topic is the long jump. We learnt many new things when we tried to do the long jump in preparation for athletics. I learnt that you need to take a long run up and then jump which increases your momentum. You also need to push your hands out in the air, which makes you jump farther than usual.
When it’s my turn to jump, I walk about twenty metres away from the jumping point. I do some loose stretches. I then sprint at full speed and jump a little early. That has caused me to land badly and it didn’t increase my distance. To make my long jump better, I need to jump right at the ledge so I can cover a lot of distance.

Hello Viewers
Today I am going to talk about the people who have inspired me throughout my life. There have been a lot of people who have given me the urge to do something, I couldn’t do. I have picked some human beings who have really inspired me to be a better man and generally make me achieve goals that I thought were difficult at first.
Hello viewers, I am here today to talk about one of my favourite subjects, P.E. It is a great subject and I look forward to it every Monday. We learn many skills from many different sports in P.E. Such as Dribbling in Basketball, Shooting in Football and Passing in Netball. I found all of these sports enjoyable and fun but my favourite sports to learn would be Basketball and Football. These sports were really fun to learn and to play as well. I learned many new techniques during P.E.
And some of them would be:
-Dribbling, Shooting and Passing in Basketball -Running and Dribbling with the ball and Tackling in Football -Pivoting and Passing in Netball as well as many others.
I have really liked all the sports and skills we have learned in P.E, but I also want to try some new sports such as Hockey, Badminton and Cricket.
Thank you for reading my blog post, see you the next day.
Hello Viewers.
Rock music is one of many different genres of music and it is also one of the most popular types of music known today due to the fact that many famous bands were in this genre. Some of them include Queen, Bon Jovi, The Beatles and other. This type of music first started during the 1940s I think so by the famous singer Elvis Presley in the form of Rock and Roll. It slowly gained particularity during the late 1950s as a sign of rebellion toward injustice and became the main theme for many different protests towards the world. It still continues to this day as a sign of rebellion as people use this to signify freedom and use them on protests.
